Notes On The Use of Almond Shelling Machine

This three almond shelling machine mainly apply to the shelling process of kinds of nuts with hard shells. It is composed of elevator, three-stage sheller, discharging sieves of each stage, and vibration sieve. It can shell almonds of different sizes at the same time, reasonable design, high shelling rate and low broken rate make it an ideal machine for almond processing. In order to get a better shelling effect and keep the machine serving long time, please operate following the instrucitons below:

Instructions:

1. Before operating, generally sort the almonds into three grades according to their sizes of flat direction, and then adjust the roller gaps of of each stage to accommodate the almonds of different sizes, and the gap size should be 1-1.5 mm smaller than the size of almond.

2. Start the machine after roller gap adjusted, the order of starting the machine is: vibration sieve, the third stage sheller, the second stage sheller, the first stage sheller, elevator, feeding hopper.

3. For large quantity almond processing, you should firstly feeding a small amount of almonds to check if the roller gap is appropriate, if the kernels broken rate is high, please adjust the gap until the shelling effect is good.

4. Finish processing, please turn off the machine in order of elevator, the first stage sheller, the second stage sheller, the third stage sheller, vibration sieves.

Notices:

1. During the operation, please adjust the adjusting bolt to solve the elevator deviation phenomenon.

2. Add lubricating oil to each transmission parts, sprocket, and bearings regularly.

3. Check the bolts and fasten them regularly to guarantee the machine operate normally.
